Light to at times moderate lake effect snow will continue to shift
east across Alger, northern Schoolcraft, and Luce counties through
the afternoon hours today. Additional snowfall amounts by this
evening of 1 to 3 inches, with localized amounts near 4 inches
possible through this afternoon. Late tonight through Friday,
there is the potential for another round of moderate to heavy lake
effect snow. The onset of this snow remains uncertain, but
certainly the Friday morning commute will be impacted.
