...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN DICKENSON AND WEST
CENTRAL BUCHANAN COUNTIES...

AT 934 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS NEAR GRUNDY...MOVING
SOUTHWEST AT 20 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND DIME SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS
STORM. WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO TREE LIMBS AND WEAK
TREES.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. THIS WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS. ROADSIDE DITCHES WILL QUICKLY FILL
WITH RUNNING WATER. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
GRUNDY...HAYSI...JOHN FLANNAGAN LAKE...BREAKS INTERSTATE...BIG
ROCK...ROSEANN AND VANSANT.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 15 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.
