WEATHER SYNOPSIS

A COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP THROUGH THE REGION TODAY. UPON ITS
PASSAGE...WINDS WILL TURN TO THE NORTHWEST AND BECOME QUITE
BREEZY. MUCH COOLER AIR WILL MAKE A RETURN TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AS
CHILLY HIGH PRESSURE DROPS SOUTHEAST INTO THE REGION. AFTER
MORNING LOWS IN THE 20S FRIDAY...AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL LIKELY STAY
IN THE 30S TO NEAR 40.

LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE GULF COAST STATES SATURDAY,
THEN MOVE NORTHEAST TOWARD THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON SUNDAY.
DEPENDING ON THE EXACT TRACK OF THIS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM...RAIN
OR SNOW WILL BE PREVALENT LATER SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. RIGHT
NOW, THE HIGHEST CHANCES OF SNOW APPEAR TO BE OVER SOUTHWEST
INDIANA AND SOUTHERN ILLINOIS. THE PRECIPITATION WILL COME TO AN
END FROM WEST TO EAST SUNDAY EVENING.
