1. THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IN MIAMI FLORIDA IS ISSUING
ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL DEPRESSION EIGHT-E...LOCATED 1560 MILES
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF HILO HAWAII...UNDER AWIPS HEADER TCPEP3 AND WMO
HEADER WTPZ33 KNHC. THE MOST RECENT FORECAST FROM THE NATIONAL
HURRICANE CENTER IS FOR EIGHT-E TO DISSIPATE BEFORE CROSSING 140W
INTO THE CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE CENTER AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY.

2. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
ABOUT 980 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HILO HAWAII. BECAUSE OF INCREASING
VERTICAL WIND SHEAR OVER THE SYSTEM...LITTLE DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED
OVER THE NEXT TWO DAYS AS THIS LOW MOVES WEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH.
