* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY WET SNOW... SLEET...FREEZING RAIN...AND
  STRONG WINDS.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 6 INCHES...ALONG
  WITH AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* TIMING...RAIN... SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN WILL CHANGE TO WET SNOW
  MIXED WITH SLEET AT TIMES BY LATE EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT
  HOURS. A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN CONTINUES
  TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE DIMINISHING TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL MAKE MANY ROADS
  TREACHEROUS AND IMPASSABLE. ALSO, SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS
  COMBINED WITH GUSTY WINDS COULD LEAD TO DOWN TREES AND POWER
  OUTAGES.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

  ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
