...WINTER STORM CONDITIONS CONTINUE IN THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS...

.As low pressure moves into Quebec today...west to northwest flow
over the mountains coupled with an upper level wave will support
widespread continuation of snow and snow showers. Snow will be
moderate to heavy at times through the day...especially along the
upwind side of higher terrain. Additional light to moderate
snowfall accumulations are possible along with low visibility at
times.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected this afternoon. Plan on difficult
  travel conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4
  inches, with localized amounts up to 6 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Northern Coos, Southern Coos and Northern Grafton
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for snow covered roads and
  significant reductions in visibility at times.
