  THIS MORNING.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL TAPER OFF THROUGH THE MORNING.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...MOUNT SHASTA
  CITY...DUNSMUIR...MCCLOUD...BLACK BUTTE SUMMIT...AND PORTIONS OF
  SOUTH WEED. THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 5 FROM DUNSMUIR TO WEED AND
  HIGHWAY 89 FROM MOUNT SHASTA CITY TO THE COUNTY LINE.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL CREATE SLIPPERY AND
  POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO LOW VISIBILITY
  AND SNOW PACKED ROADS. SOME ROADS COULD BE IMPASSABLE DUE TO
  RECENT HEAVY SNOWFALL.
