EVENING...

* IMPACTS...Snow covered and slick roads and reduced visibility
  from falling and blowing snow, creating hazardous driving
  conditions.

* TIMING...Snow showers along with blowing snow forecast into this
  evening.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 4
  inches, highest across the desert and Southern Mountains.

* CONFIDENCE...Timing, medium to high. Amounts and location of
  heaviest snowfall, medium.

* LOCATIONS...Burley, Rupert, Heyburn, Malad City, and Rockland.

A winter storm warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow
are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an
