AFTERNOON FOR THE WEST SLOPES OF THE WASHINGTON CASCADES...

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...WHITE PASS...PARADISE...SNOQUALMIE
  PASS...STEVENS PASS...MOUNT BAKER.

* TIMING...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...THIS MORNING THROUGH EARLY
  AFTERNOON. SNOW LEVELS WILL START OUT NEAR 3000 FEET...RISING TO
  4500 FEET TO 6500 FEET FROM SNOQUALMIE PASS SOUTHWARD BY MIDDAY.
  RISING TO 5500 FEET FROM STEVENS PASS NORTHWARD BY LATE
  AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 11 INCHES WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS AT
  PARADISE AND ON MOUNT BAKER.

* MAIN IMPACT...BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED
  VISIBILITIES. USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
