Dry with increasing high cloud cover today. Min RH values drop to
around 40% by this afternoon. A southwest wind will increase
shortly after sunrise, averaging around 10 mph by late
morning/afternoon with occasional gusts of 20 to 25 mph. Winds
decrease again by sunset into tonight.
