Locally dense fog will occupy some of the valleys in Central PA
early today, topped by mainly clear skies.

Mostly sunny, dry and warm conditions will follow for later this
morning and this afternoon as a weak ridge of high pressure builds
overhead.

After a mainly clear, cool night tonight with patchy late night
valley fog, almost identical, sunny and warm conditions with
comfortable humidity will follow for Thursday.

High temperatures this afternoon and again on Thursday will range
from the lower to mid 70s over the Northern and Western Mountains
of the state to the lower and mid 80s in the Cumberland and Lower
Susquehanna Valleys. Lows around Daybreak thursday will vary from
the upper 40s to low 50s across the Northwest part of the state to
the mid and upper 50s in the Central and Southern Valleys.

Unsettled weather is expected to develop this weekend with
showers and scattered afternoon thunderstorms across the majority
of the Commonwealth.
