.DISCUSSION...Warmer and drier conditions will be present today
with winds gusting 25 to 35 mph, especially north of I-70. Some
isolated storms are possible across the north, mainly over high
terrain. Storm coverage increases this weekend as a series of
disturbances cross the region, with scattered storms each
afternoon. Gusty outflow winds will be the main threats with low
chance of wetting rain. Cooler and wetter conditions return early
to mid next week with unsettled conditions.
