Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1 inch per hour, and additional showers are expected through the afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waipio, Halawa, Salt Lake, Aiea, Moanalua, Pearl City, Iroquois Point, Waipahu, Waikele, Kunia, Mililani, Manoa, Kapolei, Palolo, Makakilo, Waimalu and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
