...Discussion from Monterey...

Offshore flow will persist through Friday, but continue to decrease.
Lingering offshore flow will bring lower relative humidity and
breezy winds. Winds will be strongest over the North and East Bay.
Onshore will return late Friday and into the weekend brining cooler
temperatures and higher relative humidity. Dry weather will persist
through the next seven days.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...Discussion from Los Angeles/Oxnard...

Warm and dry conditions will continue across the interior valleys
and mountains this weekend. Winds will remain fairly light through
the weekend with lingering NE winds of 25 to 30 mph staying
confined to the Los Angeles and Ventura County mountains Friday
morning and weakening further for Saturday morning. The marine
layer clouds on Friday will be similar to today, keeping humidities
across coastal valleys to the beaches (mainly south of Point
Conception) above 35 percent percent. Otherwise, minimum humidities
will be in the 15 to 35 percent range Friday for the mountains and
interior areas, and locally down to 10 percent in the Antelope
Valley. The dry air will expand into the coastal valleys through the
weekend as the marine layer clouds become less expansive south of
Point Conception. Temperatures will be fairly similar through the
weekend, only increasing a couple degrees each day but still
staying in the 70s to 80s.
