.DISCUSSION...

Wednesday and Thursday, surface winds will be offshore from the
northeast, bringing dry and warm conditions. Winds will be strongest
in the morning hours, around 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
Minimal onshore wind is expected on Wednesday, but Thursday winds
are expected to shift to onshore from the SW around 1600. RHs will
be in the 20s at the 0800 ignitions, and then steadily decrease as
offshore flow continues into the afternoons. RHs will increase
quickly after the onshore shift late Thursday afternoon. Overnight
recoveries will be decent with RHs in the 50s.
