.DISCUSSION...

There is fairly low confidence in the forecast due to an upper
level low pressure system over Arizona and moving out of the area on
Wednesday. This system will bring a slight (15%) chance of
thunderstorms to the forecast area Tuesday morning through
afternoon. Any thunderstorm that forms could bring gusty and erratic
winds, small hail, and brief heavy showers. There is a 30% chance
that sustained winds are 5 mph higher than forecast on Wednesday.
There is a 20% chance that winds of all levels may drop off (around
10 mph or below) on Wednesday mid-morning into afternoon and then
increase back to forecasted speeds by late afternoon.
