PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Mississippi River at Hannibal.
* At  8:15 PM Tuesday the stage was 15.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* The river fell below flood stage at 12:30 PM Tuesday.
* Forecast:  The river will continue to fall to 14.6 feet by Thursday
  morning.
* Impact:  At 13.0 feet...A few unprotected low lands begin to flood.
