Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern/Central MO and Southwest IL
National Weather Service Saint Louis MO
418 AM CST Sun Jan 21 2018

.DISCUSSION...
Southerly winds will continue to bring warm and moist air into Missouri
and Illinois through tonight. While there are low chances of drizzle and
light rain today, the chance of precipitation will increase significantly
tonight into early Monday when a broad band of showers and scattered
thunderstorms moves through the area ahead of a cold front. Gusty southerly
winds are expected ahead of the cold front on Monday, with strong and
gusty west northwest winds behind the front. Temperatures on Tuesday will
return to near normal, followed by a warming trend and above normal
temperatures the remainder of the week.
