FREEZING RAIN WILL SWITCH TO RAIN AT TIMES WHEN THE TEMPERATURE WARMS
ABOVE FREEZING. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE ABOVE FREEZING ACROSS THE ENTIRE
AREA BY SUNDAY EVENING. RAIN AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
