RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING. THE RAIN WILL END ACROSS SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI AND SOUTHERN ILLINOIS THURSDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL BE
COOLER BEHIND THIS SYSTEM WITH HIGHS MAINLY IN THE 40S TO LOW 50S. A
