.DISCUSSION...
WEST-SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL PREVAIL TONIGHT AHEAD OF A STORM SYSTEM WHICH
WILL MOVE THROUGH SUNDAY.  EXPECT LIGHT RAIN TO DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND
CONTINUE SUNDAY.  THE RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND TURN OVER TO SNOW THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON BEFORE ENDING SUNDAY EVENING. LITTLE OR NO ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED.  THE WIND WILL TURN TO THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE STORM SYSTEM.
HOWEVER...WIND WILL TURN BACK TO THE WEST-SOUTHWEST ON MONDAY KEEPING
RELATIVELY MILD TEMPERATURES OVER THE REGION.
