.DISCUSSION...
An upper level disturbance will track across the region bringing
scattered showers to portions of southern Missouri and southern
Illinois this afternoon and evening. A few spots across the region
could see afternoon relative humidity values drop to around 30
percent.  Warmer temperatures are expected on Monday along with
increasing moisture. Another disturbance aloft will then bring
scattered showers on Monday night. Tuesday will be the warmest day
of the week with record highs possible. Moisture will also
continue to increase and this will bring a threat of scattered
thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon with showers and thunderstorms
likely on Tuesday night.
