.DISCUSSION...
East winds will continue today with relative humidity values dropping
into upper 20 percent range. Much of the area will see heightened fire
danger this afternoon.  A storm system will develop over the Great
Plains on Thursday which will turn the wind back to to the south
and bring increasing humidity and rain chances to the area for the
end of the week into the weekend.
