This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern and
central Missouri as well as west central and southwest Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A major heat wave is ongoing for portions of the area and
Excessive Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories remain in effect.
Please see these products for additional information.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A major heat wave will continue through at least Saturday. Heat
index values of 105 to upwards of 110 degrees are expected during
the afternoon and early evening hours each day. Please refer to the
Excessive Heat Warnings and Advisories for more information.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late Saturday
afternoon through Saturday night across portions of central and
east-central Missouri as well as west-central and southwest


Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.
