FROM NORTHEAST AND CENTRAL MISSOURI INTO CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
WITH THE RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW OVER SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AND SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS BY SUNDAY EVENING.  MINOR SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE
FOR NORTHEAST MISSOURI AND WEST-CENTRAL ILLINOIS...GENERALLY LESS
