* TIMING...DANGEROUS HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL BE REACHED DURING THE
  AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING HOURS ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY.

* HEAT INDEX VALUES...HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL CLIMB TO AROUND 105
  DEGREES ON MONDAY AND UP TO AROUND 110 DEGREES ON TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF HOT TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY
