...DANGEROUS HEAT AND HUMIDITY EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL
AND EASTERN MISSOURI AS WELL AS SOUTHWEST ILLINOIS...

.HEAT AND HUMIDITY WILL BUILD ACROSS THE AREA FOR THE REMAINDER OF
THIS WEEK AND INTO THE UPCOMING WEEKEND. THESE HIGH LEVELS OF HEAT

ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO AIR
CONDITIONING. ALTHOUGH THE ENTIRE AREA WILL EXPERIENCE THESE HOT
AND HUMID CONDITIONS...THE GREATEST IMPACT WILL BE FELT IN THE
URBAN HEAT ISLAND OF THE ST LOUIS METRO AREA.
