A DENSE FOG ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN DENSE FOG WILL SUBSTANTIALLY
REDUCE VISIBILITIES...TO ONE-QUARTER MILE OR LESS...RESULTING IN
HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS IN MANY AREAS. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED
