Forecast information for
  Kaskaskia River at Carlyle TW.
* At 10PM Friday the stage was 419.1 feet.
* No flooding is currently forecast.
* Flood stage is 423.5 feet.
* The river is forecast to rise to near 421.8 feet tomorrow evening. The river
will slowly drop early next week.
* At 421.0 feet... Left bank in vicinity of the gage overflows with
minor flooding of park lands.
