statement for the following rivers...


  Missouri River affecting Jefferson City


.This hydrologic statement is based on up to an inch of rainfall the
past 24 hours and no additional rainfall forecast in the next 24
hours...

Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.

* At 07PM Wednesday the stage was 22.5 feet.
* No flooding is currently forecast.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The river will rise to near 22.4 feet after midnight
