...The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a hydrologic
statement for the following river...


  Mississippi River affecting Chester


.This hydrologic statement is based on increased flows from the Missouri
River and 1 to 1.5 inches forecast in the next 24 hours...

Safety message:  Never drive cars, trucks, or sport utility vehicles
through flooded areas.  The water may be too deep to allow for safe
passage.
