AT 245 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER
CARLYLE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

NICKEL SIZE HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS STORM. ALSO...WITH SUCH SLOW MOVEMENT...COULD GET UP TO AN INCH
OF RAINFALL IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

CARLYLE...CENTRALIA...SANDOVAL...WAMAC...CENTRAL CITY...BECKEMEYER...
