VILLAGE...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS AND PENNY SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS ESTIMATED WIND SPEEDS OF 60 MPH IN
VICTORIA AT 940 PM.  THIS STORM HAS ALSO PRODUCED HAIL FROM PEA TO
PENNY SIZE.
