This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southeast New Mexico,
southwest Texas and western Texas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible, mainly over the Western Low Rolling
Plains. Any storms that do develop will be accompanied by occasional
lightning, small hail, and brief gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Near-critical to critical fire weather conditions are possible
Thursday, as well as Sunday though Wednesday, Saturday into Monday
from southeastern New Mexico to the Big Bend.

There is a low risk of severe thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and
night, mainly over the Western Low Rolling Plains and Permian Basin.
Any severe thunderstorms that do develop will be accompanied by
large hail and/or damaging winds and/or an isolated tornado.

High winds are possible Monday and Tuesday, mainly in the Guadalupe
and Delaware Mountains.

Critical fire weather conditions are possible Saturday into Monday
from southeastern New Mexico to the Big Bend.
