partly cloudy after midnight. Lows in the upper 60s. East winds
10 to 15 mph. Chance of showers 20 percent.
.MONDAY...Partly cloudy in the morning then clearing. Windy. Patchy
blowing dust in the afternoon. Highs in the mid 80s in the mountains
to around 106 along the Rio Grande. South winds 10 to 15 mph
increasing to southwest 20 to 30 mph in the afternoon.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy. Windy. Patchy blowing dust in the
evening. Lows around 60. Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph in the
