Steady southeast winds will continue once again today near the
subject area, with gusts increasing to around 20-25 mph from late
morning through the afternoon hours. Relative humidity readings
could briefly dip to around 40% late in the afternoon. No
rain is forecast, and dispersion values will be very good with
mixing heights nearing 5,000 FT.
