...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Anderson, Campbell, Morgan and Scott.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1214 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Clinton, La Follette, Wartburg, Oliver Springs, Jacksboro,
    Huntsville, Helenwood, Caryville, Rocky Top, Norris,
    Sunbright, Smokey Junction, Rosedale, Slick Rock, Frozen Head
    State Park, Petros, Norma, Coalfield, Robbins and Elgin.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
