.SYNOPSIS...An area of low pressure over the northern waters will
continue drifting E today through Sun while gradually weakening.
A high pressure ridge will build into the N waters Sat and remain
in place through Tue. Another low pressure area will develop off
the Carolina coast Sat night, then meander over the southern
waters through Tue night.
