.Synopsis...High pressure to the distant northeast continues to
move east and weaken as a trough develops northwest of the area.
A surface low is forecast to develop along the trough during the
second half of the week.

.TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves 4 to 7 feet.
Northwest swell 3 feet. Isolated showers.
.WEDNESDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots around Kauai...east
15 to 25 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 4 to 7 feet. Northwest swell
3 feet. Scattered showers.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 20 to 25 knots Alenuihaha
Channel...  southeast 10 to 20 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 5 to
8 feet. Northwest swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots near Kauai and Oahu...east
20 to 30 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 5 to 9 feet. Scattered
