...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON
COUNTY IS CANCELLED...
The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. An
additional severe thunderstorm is in northeast Washington county.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for southwestern
and west central Iowa...and east central Nebraska.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 PM CDT
FOR SOUTH CENTRAL MONONA AND CENTRAL HARRISON COUNTIES...
At 320 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mondamin, or 10
miles southeast of Tekamah, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Logan, Woodbine, Mondamin, Modale, Pisgah, Magnolia, Little Sioux,
Preparation Canyon State Park, Willow Lake Recreation Area, and
Little Sioux Scout Ranch.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
