...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in
Oklahoma...

  East Cache Creek near Walters affecting Comanche and Cotton
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued Friday morning at 830 AM CDT.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...East Cache Creek near Walters.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Some flooding of bottomlands may occur
  along and near the creek in southern Comanche County and Cotton
  County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 20.0 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will then fall to 11.4 feet Saturday morning. It will rise
    to 11.5 feet Saturday evening. It will then fall again and
    remain below flood stage.
  - Action stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
