  Deep Red Creek near Randlett affecting Cotton County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Deep Red Creek near Randlett.

* WHEN...From this morning to Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Shallow flooding occurs over croplands...
   pastures... and low-lying local roads along and near the creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Deep Red Creek is expected to rise to a crest
    of 19.7 feet tomorrow morning.
  - Action stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
