...FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Warning has expired for portions of northwest, west
central, and western Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in
northwest Pennsylvania, Forest, Mercer and Venango. In west central
Pennsylvania, Armstrong, Butler and Clarion. In western
Pennsylvania, Lawrence.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
