  Northern Jefferson County in east central Ohio...
  Southern Columbiana County in east central Ohio...
  Northeastern Carroll County in east central Ohio...
  Western Beaver County in western Pennsylvania...
  Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 115 AM EDT.

* At 1236 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Minerva, or
  near Carrollton, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  East Liverpool, Beaver Falls, Wellsville, Carrollton, New Brighton,
  Beaver, Calcutta, Minerva, Ohioville, Lisbon, Midland, Chester,
  Industry, Shippingport, Patterson Township, Big Beaver, Augusta,
  Salineville, West Mayfield, and Newell.

This includes the following highways...
  Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 11 and 14.
  Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 26 and 43.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for east central
Ohio...and northern West Virginia.
