SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 ft at 12 seconds and north winds 15 to 25
  kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Friday to 5 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
