* High pressure slowly leaves the area resulting in breezy winds
  and a low chance for rain and thunderstorms in the late
  afternoon and evening.

* Gusty winds, as well as periods of rain and snow and isolated
  thunderstorms are likely from Friday afternoon through Saturday.
  Lingering showers persist on Sunday.

* Next week, weather remains unsettled with cooler temperatures,
  breezy afternoon winds and brief periods of rain and snow.
