...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY
THROUGH 430 PM CDT...

At 353 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Norwood, or 11 miles east of Ava, moving east at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Drury, Vanzant, Brushyknob, and Gentryville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
