...HIGHEST WIND GUST REPORTS SINCE 230 PM...

The high deserts had some gusty winds late this afternoon due to
isolated high-based (mostly above 10,000 feet) convection.  There were
also local gusty winds from the west through and just northeast of Santa
Ana Canyon.
