...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN DE SOTO...
SOUTHEASTERN RED RIVER...WESTERN NATCHITOCHES AND NORTHEASTERN SABINE
PARISHES THROUGH 1030 AM CDT...

At 1000 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles southwest of Coushatta to near Many.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Natchitoches, Many, Coushatta, Campti, Allen, Pleasant Hill,
Provencal, Natchez, Clarence, Robeline, Powhatan, Lake End, Belmont,
Bellwood, Hanna, Marthaville, Armistead, Ajax, Evelyn, and Grand
Ecore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
