PDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Sacramento Valley and Delta Region

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds expected along and west of
  Interstate 5.
